T-Mobile Netwerk issue?

Hi
I tried to connect the SODAQ / Leonardo combination to the T-Mobile network. For a few weeks now I try to connect to from my working place in Uitgeest to the network which is unsuccesful, the network signal strength is around 21.99 but the module will not connect to T-Mbole network.

I followed the exact descripted procedure in https://forum.iot.t-mobile.nl/topic/65/part-i-the-network-attach

When I do the exact same procedure nearby Schiphol, it connects straight away and I can send messages, however comming back to Uitgeest, it just will not connect to the network.

Can somebody look into the network and check that it works?
I’m happy to assist to do some testing…

Hi Peter,

Could you please send me a PM with the responses to the following :

For software version

ATI9
AT+CGMI
AT+CGMM
AT+CGMR

Get the IMEI:

AT+CGSN=1

Switch on radio in order to get the ICC

AT+CFUN=1

Get the sim card number

AT+CCID

I will check with the engineering team if we can get some trace on this…
