Hi Jonathan,

We have no experience with this specific module but I will try to give some ideas based on other modules.

When you want to change NVM configuration you could try to turn off autoconnect.

Then reboot the module and change the apn using the command you showed.
Then either reboot with autoconnect or start with AT+CFUN=1 , AT+COPS… etc.

No, you are right! 🙂 The simcard is the key to our radio-network and your device is the key to our IoT-network. Hence, the identification is based on the IMEI no. of the modem.

I had assumed that we would manufacture boards in quantity and then then , just like a phone, whichever SIM card you put in would give the device its identity, its carrier, its commercial conditions.

This is also possible on our network. However, we did not implement it yet. Please get in touch with me when this will become urgent for your case(s)! 🙂
