Hey Ali,

Although Helium was available in the dropdown of protocols, it doesn’t work in this type of project. Sorry for that.

However, if you go to your project page you’ll see that I have added a new project to your account. In this new project you should be able to add Helium devices succesfully.

hi @Cees-Meijer , it is in our backlog, the frontend team will implement a second endpoint but for all the devices in a project, not for a specific device.

Hi @Cees-Meijer Is it still sending messages even if deactivated? Probably it is due to a cached value in our backend, it will take some time to update the “deactivated” flag.
