Can't register IMEI in the GUI

Like the title says. I’m trying using a BK-7020, and following the steps I found on:

However, when trying to register the IMEI, I get the following error message: “Something went wrong while registering your devices. Please try it again”. I’ve tried it with 4 different browsers, so that can’t be the problem.

Also I can’t figure out how to add more tags to this post

If your device has transmitted data it has "auto registered’ to the main account and can not be claimed by any project account anymore. Everyday at approx. 8 AM devices get cleared again from the main account and can be registered again.
