  • RE: IP for CoAP

@IoT-Arista Hi, thanks for letting us know! We moved our documentation library to - but I think you figured that out. I will try to figure out if we can change or remove the broken links from google search. Thank you!

  • RE: How can I validate my IoT use case using a virtual twin simulation?

@Stefan-de-Lange thanks for your feedback. We are deploying a more robust architecture in a few weeks’ time. That has confirmed performance improvements. Some pages you may try to load are top-heavy, so they can take a few seconds to pull down all supplier logos and product pictures (e.g. the modems page, where we have almost 150 modules integrated).

@Uta is referring to the IoT Solution Optimizer which can be found under the “SERVICES” node. If you click on the link under “virtual twin technology” in the description, you can open a product brief to learn more…

And speaking of learning more, under “LEARN” we have a lot of great information in the “Technology Cards” library.

    Take care!

  • How can I validate my IoT use case using a virtual twin simulation?

    Dear IoT Friends,

are you interested in tools and services to validate your end-to-end solution setup?
Remember, what computer-aided engineering was for automotive 15 years ago? We wouldn’t have cars driving autonomously if we hadn’t done CAE. We can offer you our IoT Solution Optimizer tool as a simulator for your project. You can get a lot of insights in the expected performance of your solution already BEFORE building the first prototypes!

    IoT Solution Optimizer is about:

    • Leveraging virtual twin technology to accelerate IoT product design for performance

    • Comparing implementation choices in seconds and assessing optimization recommendations

    • Take hardware components off the shelf --> model your specific use case --> see battery lifetime 😲

Please share your feedback with us:

    • if you like thie idea of a virtual twin or not

    • what is your use case

    • which problem do you want to solve

Free giveaway: We offer you two-week-test licenses for this tool and we will hand these out to the first 20 users who will share their thoughts in the comment section 👇

  • RE: eDRX in Germany

@Christian Hi Christian, thanks for bearing with us. We indeed had some delay in the delivery, however based on current planning we should be able to activate it by the end of this month. We’ll be able to confirm it in the following weeks.

  • NB-IoT & location tracking

    Hi IoT friends!

A frequently asked question is the possibility to provide location services for NB-IoT to avoid the necessity of GPS. (Since GPS is reducing the battery life).

There are several ways to provide NB-IoT location services. And there are also several use cases which require location services.

I’d like to learn more about how our users want to apply location services.

    • To track your devices
    • To see if your device is moving
    • To get a notification if your device has moves

Would you like to share here what you want to use location services for? Please also tell us more about the accuracy and if you need the information real time, a couple of times per day, every 5 minutes etc.

  • RE: NBIoT Roaming

I needed to changed your roaming profile. This will take about a day for activation. I hope this will do the trick. Keep us updated.

  • RE: NBIoT Roaming

@Andreas: Hi, you should be able to use the card with PLMN 26201. Can you send me your ICCID at or via chat here in the forum? Then I can check if you have roaming enabled. And have you check if NB-IoT is available at you location?

  • RE: Attaching Network-BC 95

@Mert-Karabagli I think I figured out your problem! What SIM card are you using? You need to order an IoT Creators SIM card from our website! This solution will not work for other SIM cards. You can order your free starterkit SIM card here:

Please, make also sure that our solution is what you are looking for - as it is differently to pure NB-IoT connectivity and thus works differently.

    Best Florian
