Missing 'Send Command' in postman collection

Hi,
Following the starter kit tutorials.
In Part VII: Send A command to your device there is a POST Send Command item in the postman collections list. Mine only has 14 requests and is missing the mentioned command. This way we are not able to send any data.
How do we add this command ??
Was expecting it was included in the imported NB-IOT TMNL.postman_collection.json file.gr,
