lastSeen versus Last Activity (API vs Portal)
Am I correct in seeing a difference in lastSeen-propertie in the API versus the Last Activity in the Portal?
Of a specific Device:
Jul 25, 2024, 13:51:43 is the Last Activity in Portal
2024-07-25T09:28:01Z is the lastSeen in APIIt is even not a difference rounded hours. So it looks as if Last Activity is something else than lastSeen.
Any ideas/comment? -
RE: Planned maintenance 5.7.2022, 10 am: minor release upgrade for IoT Creators platform
@Florian-Duecker Could it be that last night at 00:00 the system stopped again?

Registeriing IMEI via Portal changed?
Hi,
Today I registered 5 IMEI-numbers via the portal.
But no data will eventually be received.
And I think that is caused by the change in format.
Whereas I see only digits in the IMEI-numbers that are working correctly, I now see IMEI:IMEI in front of the IMEI-numbers that are not working.Did something happen in the way we have to register? I did as always insert the 15 digit number and chose UDP.

RE: IoT Creators Upgrade 26/05/2021 [STATUS UPDATES]
I can confirm this. When I try to do a “search by IMEI” from the Device-tab in the Portal it always gives a “Something went wrong”-error.
I have no issues with losing data. Thatś all fine. -
RE: Nodes stopped sending data
@rhalflex : Hi, no that is definitely not the data I expect.

RE: Nodes stopped sending data
Hi Afzal,
I just checked these three nodes but none of them sent anything. I.e. I don’t see anything coming on our application server. They should send every 12 minutes.

Nodes stopped sending data
We have many (some 200) Sodaq-Sara nodes. Some of them suddenly stopped sending data in the last week or so. Strange is that I see that sometimes Time Of Last Message is less recent than Time of First Message. But that is not the case with all problematic nodes.
Here three nodes from which we don’t see data anymore. But we have more ‘problem-nodes’.

RE: Network disruption in the Netherlands
I’m receiving messages again. Problem solved?
About lack of communication as @magnatron writes: I am not sure if I agree with that. Yes, it is hard to get in touch with T-Mobile. That needs to be improved. But once you have contacted them, they are very much willing and trying to solve your problem.
And, we have a ‘Community’-plan. I don’t know exactly what I can expect as support. -
