I would like to order a free Starterkit. In the order form, in the “Data delivery” tab (“How do you want to get your data?”), there are 2 options to choose from:

• “Via webhooks and off-the-internet”
• “Via the public internet”

After selecting one of the options, will it be assigned permanently or can it be changed later?

I have a Quectel bc66-na module ( NB-IoT module ) and I would like to test by sending data to a public IP address.
Is it possible after selecting the “Via the public internet” option?
Will the ordered SIM card work in different countries?
