Most combined Cat.M1/NB1/GPRS modems (e.g. Quectel BG96, ublox SARA-R412M) offer more than one PDP context. From Telekoms point of view: Are there any restrictions for the usage of these PDP contexts? What is the maximum number of PDP contexts that can be used unrestricted when using a Telekom SIM?

When we do a request to see if NB-IoT is available at a certain address we get back the following information:
Address
Coverage
Quality
For Quality we get the values: Average, Good or Excellent. What do these values mean and how do they impact the coverage/connection? Does this have to do with the CE levels?
