Looks like the registration didn’t happen successfully. What could be the problem? Maybe a command? Maybe the APN? Any hint?

from this comparison document I understand BC66 is a NB-IoT Cat NB1 device. Is NB1 supported by your provider? (I had the situation in Switzerland that the provider only supported Cat NB2.)

Also, are you sure about the band (e.g. 8)? Does that match the country you are in and the provider? See here.
