Cannot add IMEI to starterkit project

Hi lot-creators,
A week ago I decided to close my starter project that was configured as “off-the-internet” because I wanted to hook it up to the internet directly. I created a new starterkit project and tried to add my IMEI to the project.
After adding a green pop-up box appeared notifying me that the device was successfully added but for some reason it didn’t get listed. I tried to add it again but it keeps giving me a http 422 error.
Any suggestions?
