Hi,
I’d like to send my first message to iotcreators, but the message never arrive to there. I have three devices: simcom7020e, Arduino mkr1500, bc95-g, but the case is same.
I can connect to Hungary’s network, got an ip address. I can ping to udp server, but after send message, that isn’t arrive.
I spoke with iotcreators about half years ago and for his suggestion I bought new devices, but the problem wasn’t solve.
Do you have any idea what the wrong is?

Do you have any updates? I have the same issue as you.
If I insert the t-mobile sim card It’s freeze.
I have a Vodafone card and It’s working great with this.
I have an up to date firmware: Revision: L0.0.00.00.05.08 [Apr 17 2019 19:34:02]

Sim7020 working with hex length, not with the byte, so I tried with hex format, but the message not arrived the iotcreator and Beecaptor.
Can you anything idea?

I have a SIM7020E modem and I would like to communicate to Beeceptor as in tutorial. I successfully connect to T-mobile nb-iot network and the message it’s look like sent, but iotcreatorts gui and beecepter can’t get it.

Command and returns:

I sent a message to 172.27.131.100 ip address, but I don’t see in iotcreators gui and the Beeceptor, that I set in application server.

Can you help How to send messages to Beeceptor or other api server. What’s wrong is it?
