Issue while sending the UDP data from UK

My colleague from UK is trying to send the UDP data to iot creator UDP server. For him it is not working.
He is registered on NB-IoT network.
AT Commands:

We checked that our module is able to ping the UDP server IP address: 172.27.131.100

Please note I am using same commands to send the UDP data from Germany it is successful.
We both are using Evaluation kit from Würth Elektronik eiSos GmbH (https://www.we-online.com/catalog/en/ADRASTEA-I)
