      Hi,

      I experience that my UDP payload is not or only sometimes getting thru. I see the following

      • Socket is well established
      • IP history from the device is known (see below)
      • UDP payload however only sometimes gets thru

      Working with SIM7022 NB-IoT modem. In the screenshot below data is send which is OKed by the modem.

        I removed the IMEI from IoTcreators and registered the device again.
        Now UDP packets are received at IoTCreators again

        Something seem to have gone wrong at IoT Creators

          I experience the same issue. However, deleting and recreating the device doesn’t solve it. Can you share as what type you recreated the device?

            @magnatron can you please share at what times you are experiencing this lack of messages and how many messages you expected? please write to support@iotcreators.com specifying the imei of the device and iccid of sim card

              @magnatron Sorry for the late reply. I just created IMEI / UDP device and it worked again.

              But you have to be patient with the portal. Sometimes repeating things helps 🙂
